Welcome to Proshanti Collaborative Counseling
My approach to therapy is to support my clients in developing a healthier, more compassionate relationship with themselves and more intentional and fulfilling relationships with others. Through the therapeutic relationship, I help clients to cope with mood and anxiety, heal from trauma, work through difficult life transitions, and explore their gender identity and/or sexuality. My primary goal is to help clients learn how to accept themselves and become the most authentic versions of themselves. When applicable, I use aspects of Buddhist Philosophy to help clients to let go of patterns that keep them stuck, learn flexibility of thinking, and enjoy living in the present.
