Welcome to Proshanti Collaborative Counseling
My approach to therapy is to support my clients in developing a healthier, more peaceful relationship with themselves and more intentional relationships with others. Through the therapeutic relationship, I help clients to heal from trauma, cope with mood and anxiety, work through difficult life transitions, explore their gender identity and/or sexuality, and gain insight in order to improve their overall quality of life. When applicable, I use aspects of Buddhist Philosophy to help clients to let go of patterns that keep them stuck, learn flexibility of thinking, and enjoy living in the present.
